  • Promptly updating any changes to your information
  • All activities that occur under your account

Travel Documentation

You must ensure that all travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and appropriate for your intended travel.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and travel policies, including but not limited to immigration, customs, and security requirements.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by the respective supplier and payment has been processed.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on availability, seasonality, and other factors beyond our control.

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless credit arrangements have been established
  • We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts
  • Service fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Service Fees

Our service fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Supplier Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds for travel services (flights, hotels, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. We will assist you in processing cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds.

Emergency Cancellations

In case of emergencies or travel advisories, we will work with you to modify or cancel bookings in accordance with supplier policies and applicable regulations.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

Brave Flair acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Hotel overbooking or service quality issues
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our services unless specifically requested and arranged.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Brave Flair or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
